The festival July 30th though August 4th. Among the highlights of this year’s festival, is a lifetime achievement award for Lily Tomlin, herself a Detroit-native, will come back to her home state to receive it. Also a tribute to the films of Julia Reichert including her latest documentary, the stunning American Factory. The festival has countless documentaries, narrative features, short films and revivals.
